Line Cook who can help prepare basic components of each dish on the menu using the restaurants recipes. Memorize and utilize serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen. Ensure the kitch, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards. Work with a team of cooks to do portion prep work for other shifts when needed. Monitor product freshness & rotate out old product based on a schedule created by the restaurant.
Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours, lift at least 40lbs., have a high level of professionalism, work in a fast paced kitchen environment, and excellent customer service and verbal skills
