LaborMAX Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Coordinator to support delivery scheduling, transportation logistics, and daily operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
🔹 Schedule customer deliveries and coordinate driver routes
🔹 Track transportation costs and maintain spreadsheets
🔹 Coordinate inbound shipments with carriers and vendors
🔹 Review shipping manifests and delivery paperwork
🔹 Communicate with Operations, Sales, and Drivers
🔹 Assist with transportation planning and logistics
🔹 Support safety initiatives and daily operations

✔ Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and computer skills
✔ Excellent organization and attention to detail

REQUIREMENTS:
• 18+ years old
• Transportation, logistics, dispatch, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong math and data-entry skills
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods
