As a Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing handcrafted beverages, taking customer orders, operating cash registers, and ensuring that every customer has a top-notch experience. Key Responsibilities:
Craft High-Quality Beverages: Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other drinks according to customer specifications.
Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers, take their orders, and address any questions or concerns they may have to ensure a great experience.
Cash Register and Payment Processing: Accurately operate cash registers and credit card machines for seamless transactions.
Maintain Cleanliness and Organization: Keep the coffee bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
Resolve Customer Issues: Handle customer complaints or inquiries with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
Efficient Beverage Delivery: Serve drinks quickly without sacrificing quality to maintain high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous barista experience is a plus but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and coworkers. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a passion for crafting high-quality beverages. Ability to operate cash registers and credit card machines with accuracy. Positive, friendly attitude and willingness to contribute to a team.
