What You'll Do:
Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Help customers identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Provide outstanding customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns.
Prepare insurance quotes and explain policy options.
Assist with policy changes, renewals, and claims support.
Generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
Complete training and licensing requirements as needed.
Work collaboratively with a supportive, team-oriented office.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude.
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office.
Reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
Insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
Experience in sales, customer service, banking, retail, financial services, or insurance.
An agricultural background is a plus.
Experience building customer relationships is highly valued.
