POSITION IS TEMP TO HIRE!!!! Experience in Landscape Skills needed for this position. This candidate should be ambitious, always maintaining a positive attitude and being able to multitask daily. Must have current driver’s license and maintain safe driving record. Required to have forklift license, operate safely and efficiently. Need basic preventative maintenance skills to maintain and perform scheduled maintenance on Lawn Equipment, Mobile Carts and machine lubrication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to the following)
• Building Property Maintenance
o Mulching, Planting, Pruning, Fertilizing, Weed Control o Irrigation Repairs o Maintain beautification of properties from all litter and debris o Preventative Maintenance of Equipment, Blades, Lubrication, daily
maintenance o Basic oil changes, belts, adjustments, wheels, etc.
• General Building Maintenance
o Painting o Relocate Office Furnishings o Minor Office repairs o Lighting o Filters o Cleaning Pallet yard o Air Reels, Electric Reels, Air Hoses o Glue Systems for Manufacturing o Preventative Maintenance
• Assist Technicians on Preventative Maintenance
• Construction Projects consisting of, painting, carpentry, concrete, and demolition

• Additional duties may be assigned from time to time.
