We are seeking a dedicated individual to assist the Lead Technician in delivering high-quality pressure washing services to valued customers. As a Pressure Washing Technician, you will work outdoors in various weather conditions, supporting our Lead Technician in equipment preparation, operation, and maintenance. This role requires physical strength, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Room for growth is available and encouraged! Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Lead Technician in preparing equipment and materials for pressure washing jobs.

- Safely and effectively operate pressure washing equipment under the guidance of the Lead Technician.

- Perform pressure washing services following company procedures and safety guidelines.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas before and after each job.

- Communicate effectively with the Lead Technician and team members to ensure job efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, equipment maintenance, and customer service standards.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work. Knowledge of driving with a trailer preferred, not required - must be willing to learn. - Prior experience in pressure washing or related field required - Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. - Physical strength and stamina to operate equipment and perform manual labor. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality work. - Strong work ethic and ability to work collaboratively within a team. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
