Job Description
We are currently hiring for a local office. As part of this role, you will be responsible for answering phones and directing calls to the appropriate person. You should also be able to handle customer calls. Experience with office administration and accounting is required, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and QuickBooks Desktop. The position is for an administrative assistant to the office manager. A general knowledge of accounts receivable and accounts payable is preferred.
