Job Description

We're seeking a friendly and detail-oriented individual to fill a vital Administrative/Clerical role. This position offers a great opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills and a willingness to learn the tire industry.

About the Role:

This position handles a variety of essential daily tasks, providing crucial support to our operations. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, so a positive and helpful attitude is key. A significant portion of your time will be spent answering phones, billing customers, processing payments, dispatching, and coordinating services. You will also learn to navigate our Maddenco invoice system for opening and closing work orders, quotes, etc. Other responsibilities include answering emails, ordering tires, filing, and assisting with tire check-in.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Answering phone calls and providing exceptional customer service

Communicating effectively, both internally and externally

Utilizing our point-of-sale system to access and update information

Processing invoices and payments

Dispatching and coordinating services

Ordering and managing tire inventory

Filing and maintaining records

Assisting with tire check-in procedures

Learning and utilizing the Maddenco invoice system

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Must pass a pre-employment drug screen/background check Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute Excellent customer service skills Effective communication skills via email and phone Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Bilingual preferred Prior experience in customer service, accounts payable/receivable, or logistics is preferred but not required. Industrial tire experience is a plus! We are willing to train the right candidate.
