CNC Machinist - Pay Based on Experience

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to set up, operate, and maintain CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce precision parts and tools. The ideal candidate will have experience reading blueprints, interpreting technical drawings, and ensuring products meet quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, etc.) to produce parts according to specifications
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
Adjust machine settings and tool offsets to maintain accuracy
Maintain a clean and safe work area in compliance with company safety policies
Document production and inspection results
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification a plus
Experience operating CNC machinery
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Proficient with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
