Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a HVAC installer. You have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

 You are EPA Certified and have at least 6 years of HVAC installation experience. 

 You have demonstrated a strong performance record in the HVAC industry

through your career and your actions with previous employers.

 You’re a good problem solver with experience installing various HVAC systems. 

 You have residential installation experience with equipment such as split systems

with heat pump or straight cool condensers; horizontal or vertical air handlers;

package systems, smart thermostats, and various Indoor air quality (IAQ)

equipment

 You have commercial installation experience including, but not limited to, rooftop

units, chillers, variable refrigerant flow (VRF) systems, Energy recovery

ventilators (ERVs), dehumidifiers, and dedicated outdoor air systems (DOAS).

 You are competent with reading mechanical drawings, schematics, and project

plans to confirm HVAC scope of work and verify bill of materials required for a

job. 

 You have experience installing sheet metal and flexible duct work, air devices,

grilles, dampers, zone controllers, exhaust fans, and other devices required for

new construction or renovation projects.

 You have experience working with a General Contractor and other trade

professionals to complete a commercial construction project.

 You always take pride in your work. You like to do things right and would rather

focus on quality than speed. 

 You follow industry standards, codes, and procedures to pass mechanical permit

inspections. 

 You are friendly with strong communication skills that enable you to work well

with others and as a team.

 You like to earn 5-star reviews.
