Job Description

*Job Title: CDL B Driver for Waste Management Company**

*Location:** Coopersburg, PA (off Route 309)

*Employment Type:** TEMPORARY DRIVER WITH POTENTIAL TO BE FULL-TIME FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.

*Schedule:** Monday - Friday, with occasional Saturdays

*Shift:** 5:00 AM until finished (typically based on route completion)

LaborMax Staffing is seeking a reliable and experienced CDL B Driver for a Waste Management Company. This is a full-time, first-shift position with an immediate opening. We want to hear from you if you are an experienced driver with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate waste management truck in a safe and efficient manner

- Complete daily routes, including picking up and disposing of waste

- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections on the truck

- Adhere to all traffic and safety regulations

- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients

- Maintain a clean and professional appearance

Requirements:

- Valid CDL Class B license - Previous waste management or similar driving experience preferred - Ability to work in various weather conditions - Must be reliable and have a strong attention to detail - Must be able to lift to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed
