Job Description
*Key Responsibilities:** - **Setup and Operation:** Prepare and configure printing machines for production runs, ensuring proper settings and calibrations for each job. - **Quality Control:** Monitor print outputs for quality and consistency, making necessary adjustments to maintain high standards. - **Maintenance:** Perform routine maintenance on printing machines and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during operation. - **Production Efficiency:** Work effectively to meet production deadlines while minimizing waste and maximizing productivity. - **Collaboration:** Work closely with other team members, including designers and production staff, to ensure seamless workflow and communication. - **Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of production runs, including quantities produced, machine settings, and any defects or issues encountered. - **Safety Compliance:** Follow all safety protocols and procedures to create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in printing technology is a plus. - Proven experience as a printing machine operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment. - Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. - Knowledge of different printing processes (e.g., offset, flexography, digital printing). - Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Physical Requirements:**
